Customer service
We are dedicated to selling quality merchandise along with delivering superior customer service. Ceramics is not an exact science, and imperfections may occur. If we are responsible for breakage of your item, store credit will be issued. However, we cannot be responsible for small imperfections that might occur during the firing process. Your understanding is appreciated. If you break an item, we will ask that you pay 1/2 of the price of the piece. We feel this is fair, considering the high amount of breakage that can occur.
